Who we are
MDM Future Works LLC (“MDM Future Works,” “we,” “us”) is a Nevada limited liability company that connects organizations with qualified contractors and service providers. This policy describes how we handle information collected through mdmfutureworks.com (the “Site”).
Information we collect
The Site collects only what you choose to give us:
- Contact form submissions — your name, email address, and anything you include in your message, such as your company, role, or capabilities.
- Correspondence — the contents of emails you send us.
- Mobile number — only if you choose to provide it, for example when opting in to text updates.
The Site does not offer user accounts and does not collect payment information.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we can help, deliver services you request, and keep ordinary business records. We do not use it for automated advertising, and we will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in a private, access-controlled database operated for us by reputable hosting and infrastructure providers. Email runs on our business email provider. These providers process information only on our behalf and under their own security obligations.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers described above, when the law requires it, or when you ask us to.
Text messaging
MDM Future Works may in the future offer text-message (SMS) updates to clients and prospective clients who opt in. If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we will use it only to send you messages about your inquiry, engagement, or account. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Cookies & analytics
The Site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.
Retention & your choices
We keep inquiry records for as long as they are useful to the business relationship. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing privacy@mdmfutureworks.com. We will honor reasonable requests promptly.
Children
The Site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
